Our team members are experienced design, production, merchandising, marketing and sales professionals. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients to help them harness the power of their data, transforming it into a tool that supports and drives better decision-making throughout the organization.
Manner was founded in 2009 by former Ralph Lauren marketing, communications and retail colleagues who had developed a data aggregation and collaboration application for the Ralph Lauren brand. Early clients included PepsiCo and Tory Burch.
As Manner expanded, professionals from design, production, merchandising, marketing, PR, and creative operations joined the team, attracted by the challenge of conquering inefficiencies that delay and distort decision making across creative brands and lending their unique knowledge and perspective to development of products and services.
Michael S. Robinson, prior to founding Manner, held executive-level positions in strategic planning and change management at leading marketing communications agencies and as an independent consultant. His expertise is in problem solving, process and protocol, and decreasing internal inefficiencies to improve the bottom line.
He holds a BA in English Literature from Roger Williams College and certificates in Project and Change Leadership from Cornell University and Career Planning and Development from New York University’s School for Continuing Professional Studies.

Employees have access to the critical elements of the style master – specs, buys, delivery details, images, sell-through and more. The Vault delivers flexible, customized reporting, so users can create their own Line Sheets to address individual business needs.
